Two hours for food delivery is not acceptable. No notification that it was going to take that long - just continual extensions to the delivery time. Total chaos and wasted efforts to coordinate food plating for my father’s 90th birthday dinner. We didn’t eat your food as it arrived so late and everyone had already eaten. Wasted time and effort and bad for your future business.

The food is always amazing from Vietnam House - our favourite tonight was the crispy chicken on rice!

Order was picked up just before 7pm but arrived at 7:30. After pickup the estimated time of arrival was 7:05pm. GPS tracking showed driver driving around fortitude valley. By the time the food arrived it was cold. This restaurant is only an 11 minute walk away from our hotel, that is, I could have walked to the restaurant and back before the delivery arrived. Not good enough for our guests.
