Our driver didn’t start delivery when he picked up the order, the restaurant said they gave the driver the order 30 minutes before it arrived when we live 10 minutes from the restaurant. When the driver started delivery and appeared on the map they were in the opposite direction from the restaurant and came from the wrong way. Our order took to long and want a refund. Food was cold and stale due to long wait from the driver not the restaurant.
