delivery was great but the restaurant tool 1.5 hours to prepare the food and it arrived cold. the delivery only took 6 minutes

2hr wait for cold food. Asked for no onions on kebabs and it had it on both. Couldnt call shop and ask what the delay was, phone number didnt even ring, google said it wasnt busy and driver advised the shop hadnt got the food ready. Very disapointed.
