bakery supplied quiche instead of Ned Kelly pie that was ordered. Bakery did not answer phone when we tried to contact them about the error. Tried several times to contact. No problem at all with delivery service though.

Not what ordered. I ordered a bratwurst roll. I called them, they admitted they no longer sell that item so they substituted for it with bacon and cheese bread rolls- a cheaper item for a start and secondly if I wanted them I’d have gone to Woolworths or Coles who have better ones . Seriously won’t be returning. Bad service at Menulog prices
