I thought the original delivery time was reasonable, but it kept slipping and slipping. Ending up being about 1.5 hours later than first anticipated. Also they didn't deliver the large bottle of Solo that I had ordered.

This is a joke, order took nearly two hours and arrived cold and not safe to eat. Was thrown in the garbage. Tried twice to contact customer service and was offered a $30 account credit on a $70 order. Food sitting out for two hours in unsafe and dangerous to consume, ridiculous that I am expected to pay for this. Why was the order not cancelled by menulog after such a long time period to avoid the risk of food borne bacteria?

Docket says it was picked up at the restaurant at 7.30. I didn't get my good until 9pm. Food was cold and not great. I am furious
