The food was cold when it arrived. The nachos were cold and the pizza was barely lukewarm. The delivery time kept on getting delayed until it was 20 mins after it was first dosed to be delivered

Contrary to my request, the driver did not ring the door bell when he/she arrived and left the pizza on the ground outside. By the time I had discovered what had happened, the pizza was as hard as a rock and stone cold. I'm very angry and will not order from this restaurant again. I intend to seek a refund.
