I ordered ahead and selected 6pm delivery and was told it would not arrive until 6.30. Enquired with the restaurant at 6pm and they advised Menulog had not assigned a driver yet. Contacted menulog and they were useless! I kept getting the same sort of message from the chat - I.e. Please wait for your order and contact us again if there is an issue. When I expressed how angry I was that the app/Menulog dropped the ball on this, I was cut off - sorry menulog app UNINSTALL!
