Curries are the staple meal in Thailand and Laos, and there’s always at least a green curry or massaman curry served at any dinner party. Whichever you choose, have it with rice and enjoy!

Warm salads (Yum) form a whole genre of south-east Asian cooking and are especially typical of Lao cuisine. The salads blend herbs, vegetables, meat and spices into delightful, many textured dishes. They are fresh, tasty and delicious eaten by themselves or with sticky rice.

In Thailand noodles are eaten daily. They say that the way to judge a good Thai eatery is to try their Pad Thai. If it’s tasty, fragrant and you can’t stop eating it, you’re onto a winner! But it’s not all about Pad Thai, our other noodle dishes are equally delicious.

Lylah has developed and introduced some unique dishes to the dining public in Melbourne. Some are based on classics from Thailand and Laos, others are straight from her creativity in the kitchen. Enjoy!
