Sorry ur order was delivered to the wrong, the driver takes 3 orders at a time and they possibly mixed the order up. this is the drivers fault not the stores. The order was correct we can show u this via cctv. Maybe try Uber or doordash next time they are much faster and you can track and contact the driver.

Sorry you received the wrong order, unfortunately the delivery drivers do take several orders at the same time, unfortunately. We always ask for the name and the delivery number and check the drivers phone before handing over any food.

Monday 24 June 2024had his signal turned off and never left the shop then tried to blame menulog for it losing signal and he was “on time” he arrived exactly 10 mins later and my food is cold
