Ordered for pickup in an hour's time. Arrived at the specified time and food was not even prepared yet. Was told to wait 5 minutes however it took over 20 minutes. Restaurant had marked the order as ready to pickup before they started making it. Store was not busy at the time as well.

Dear Menulog, I’m really disappointed in the food. Zamberos did not add my extras that I paid for. This is not the first time Zamberos has let me down but before I used to brush it off but I cannot anymore. Today, I received your credit voucher of $2, however, I spent $6.60 in the extras and the meal was subpar. I just want a refund back, not a credit, because I don’t think I would be using Menulog anymore. The $2 credit voucher was a terrible offer.
