    Courier took over 40 mins to deliver my food which was 5 mins away and his courier GPS conveniently kept disappearing off the map.

    Delivery was left on porch but no on knocked on front door like requested, so we did not know it arrived and we've only just found it and it is cold. NOT HAPPY!

    App said driver was at the restaurant, then lost contact with the driver. 1 hour later and after calling the store who said they sent the order out quite a while ago, the food turned up cold. It’s less than a 5 minute drive. No idea what the driver was doing in that time. Total waste of money getting cold food delivered. Will just drive there and pick it up myself next time.
