We are so sorry to hear that Ivan, we suggest taking this up with menu log directly as once the meals are prepared and given to the drivers it is out of hands to where the meals are delivered. The tracking however should show up for you in the app as well as contact details of the driver your end. We can understand The 1 star rating as your meal was delivered to wrong address however this rating reflects directly on Zambrero Mildura rather than the drivers performance. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback Luke and we are sorry to hear your Zam experience was not as awesome as we would of both hoped it would be. After following this up for you, we can confirm that the 3 items ordered were made exactly as ordered. However we can also confirm the delivery driver picked up 2 bags with 2 orders at the same time from us and 1 was to go as a Doordash order. They were clearly labelled when handed over, my guess is that the wrong order was handed over to you. So Sorry

Thank you for your feedback I have again passed on our concerns of drivers taking multiple orders delaying arrival time to our customers, to menu log who have confirmed that the order was promptly made and left from us at 7.02pm and arrived to you at 7.22pm. She told me that from time time at peak hours this may occur. Thanks again Madeline.
