App said initially that the delivery time would be 25-35 minutes, but it ended up being an hour.

I came to pick up my order it was not ready, I then told one of the girls she made it straight away then proceeded to leave it in the grill while she served another customer leaving it in the grill for another15 minutes after it was ready to go cold not happy

Driver turned off their tracking after leaving the restaurant and then turned it back on as they were arriving. I assume they are doing multiple deliveries. Food arrived cold.
