I ordered at 12:20pm and it took over 2 hours to come with no message to say it was late. Not impressed meal had stuff all chicken in and the meal itself was drenched in the sauce, I could not eat this meal. I would like a refund. Thank you

Our delivery never arrived - I had to collect myself from the restaurant. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with menulog delivery. Last time I cancelled the order. Today we ordered at 10.30am for a 12.30pm delivery food was made and ready at 1215. No driver arrived to collect by 12.45 and the arrival time kept pushing out. At 1.15pm I went to the restaurant myself to collect and since it had already been sitting for an hour it was very cold by the time we got it back to the office to eat. We will not be using menulog again for delivery and would appreciate a refund.

Hi Keith Sorry to know that you had to wait to pick up your order. In the morning we have 2 team members and one team member usually serves and the other one is busy at the back doing the preparation for the day. If it gets busy, the second person does come out to help. But I do apologize for the inconvenience and will look at improving the service so there is no unnecessary wait to pick up the order.
