Hi There, sorry that you were disappointed by the service. Usually the period between lunch and dinner service, isn't consistently busy enough to require a second staff member on. Obviously, this is not always the case, so we apologise for the wait. When customers join the end of the queue, it is hard to distinguish who is here to pick up online orders. We will work with our team to ensure that staff are mindful of how long you've been waiting. Thanks for the feedback.
