Monday 23 December 2024Order not collected or received. Menulog app said meal was ready at 18.45. Arrived at store soon after and waited at the collection area. They were fulfilling walk in orders. After no recognition from the staff, I approached the staff to enquire about my ready order. The staff member checked and she confirmed the order came through 15 minutes ago but they hadnāt made it. I requested the order to be cancelled and I wanted a refund.
