Hi Charlie, We can understand how frustrating it must be not to receive your food as expected and we are so sorry for this. All meals leave our store within 5 minutes of being prepared, and once with the driver, is unfortunately out of our control. To my understanding the driver has taken 2 orders and mixed them up. Please be assured that we take this issue very seriously, and are currently investigating with Menulog. We hope to have you back soon. - Wodonga Zambrero
