Monday 28 October 2024I wasn’t told the delivery was happening and it showed up 25 minutes late. My food was cold and the restaurant was helpful in telling me that it got picked up at 6:15, but was shocked that it showed up around 7:00. I had no updates, no notification, no number to reach and not a clue he was coming, luckily I arrived at the gate 5 minutes before he pulled up to collect my order.
