Food was fully cold on arrival. App was saying food was being prepared for over an hour, but the timestamp on the food says prep was finished much earlier than that.

This order never arrived, though it was marked as 'delivered'. Menulog didn't explain where the driver put it. I was happy to pick the food up from wherever they'd left it, but Menulog said it was unable to contact its own driver.
