Melbournian market-goers to make themselves at home

For the flurry of foodies headed for the Melbourne Night Noodle Markets this month, Menulog will set up its first-ever ‘At-Home Zone’, where market-goers can sit back, relax and have the food brought to them.

As Australia’s largest online food ordering platform, Menulog will bring some of the benefits of home delivery to the outdoor food festival, including oversized inflatable, illuminated lounges, in-the-zone music and a dedicated on-ground delivery team to help Menuloggers beat the queues at some of the markets’ most popular stands.

Kicking off the first week with a menu from Mr Cyclo and Pak Pak Cue by hoy pinoy, the Menulog At-Home Zone will give Melbournians a unique opportunity to eat-stix and chill, with signature dishes including five-spice grilled chicken skewers, Vietnamese Grilled Pork Sausage and Pak Pak Cue’s famous wings.

Neighbouring the likes of Messina and Mr Miyagi on the top terrace, Menulog will transform what has previously been a grassy picnic-patch into a green oasis amidst the buzzing festival. With a Hollywood-style Menulog sign set atop the Birrarung Marr hill, Menulog invites all Melbournians to make themselves at home.

Menulog’s sponsorship of the Melbourne Night Noodle Markets is the latest in a line of new experiences for both customers and broader Australians this year.

Most recently, the brand announced a partnership with innovative delivery start-up, Drive Yello, that would see Menulog bolster its restaurant offering. By providing driver options to restaurants that couldn’t previously offer delivery, Menulog will provide even greater choice for customers.

Earlier this year, the brand also relaunched the Menulog app and website, providing an optimised design and improved user experience for both customers and restaurants, including two-tap re-order for returning customers, a new and improved checkout experience, simplified navigation and a fresh, modern look and feel.
