Menulog announces record results in Australia & New Zealand

Australian food delivery platform Menulog has announced record results for the first half of 2016. The Menulog Group achieved revenue growth of 77% year on year, delivering 6.4 million orders for their restaurant partners in the first half of 2016.

Restaurants continue to flock onto the platform to promote and grow their businesses. Menulog now offers more than 130 cuisine types from 7,500 restaurants. More and more people are discovering the speed and convenience of online ordering with over 2.3 million customers having purchased in the past year.

The company recently hired Alistair Venn, previously of Groupon, to head up the Australia and New Zealand operations. Venn has been tasked with leading Menulog by driving business transformation and growth in this sector to the benefit of its restaurants and consumers.
