Established 30 years ago in 1988 to serve as a meeting place for diners to socialise and talk about Thai food, award-winning chef Amy Chanta is inspired by regular trips to the streets and markets of Thailand, creating delicious dishes using premium, locally sourced ingredients, and organic produce from Chat Thai's certified organic farm in Byron Bay.
With a menu based on honest and authentic Thai fare, Chat Thai delivers dishes that are constantly evolving, embracing the best of regional and rural cuisines to satisfy the most discerning of palates.
