Pizza was over an hour late. Even when I scheduled it much earlier in the afternoon. 4 hungry kids at home with the babysitter were not happy! When I called the store to check on the order they just said oh we have heaps of orders sorry…

Food was over cooked. Tasted like burnt cardboard and couldn't be eaten. Called store and gave excuses about standard practice. Unhappy with their explanation abd refused to give refund for uneatable food.

I normally enjoy pizzas from Crust at Rouse Hill but last night, 22nd Dec, these pizzas were exceptional. The toppings were correct and just the right amount. Plus, they were delivered early and piping hot!! I dont know who was working last night but from the pizza makers to the driver, they get 5 stars from us!!!
