courier left at wrong house clearly with the house number in foot high service, it's no longer covis so knock on doors or get another job and U menu log should be enforcing this or we customers should go elsewhere

I saw the driver drive past my place twice then on the third time I was standing outside waving to them. My special fried rice had prawns. I’m allergic to prawns. I requested no prawns. However, I am extremely happy with the refund offered. Thank you

We are regulars with ginger and spice. The quality of late has dropped off from burnt dumplings to today’s beef and black bean that was swimming in oil and oddly salter than usual. Definitely wasn’t the black bean sauce as you could see it floating in the oil. Very disappointing.
