because your web site malfunction when i placed my order (only wanted one meal) i thought the order didn't come through so i placed a second order and got the same error message yet menulog did manage to take two payments from my paypal account. the second order never even arrived. i visited hog breath yesterday to be told i need to deal with you. my second order was not a 'shout' to who ever got it. please facilitate a refund to my paypal account and advise once you have done so very disappointed. the stars purely reflect menulog service not that of hogs breath. the LATE option is all i can select but it NEVER arrived and again OVER AN HOUR is all i can select ... it NEVER got delivered. you need to put these options in your feed back form.

Ordered steak cooked medium, it was so dry and overcooked. Chips were cold, avocado was brown and salad was wilted. Portion sizes were a lot smaller than what I remember, was definitely not worth the price.
