we had missing food and it was all cold. with the delivery charges they should ensure the keep food in insulated bags and check its all there before leaving.

I have only ordered from KFC through Menulog three times and not once has the order been correct. Today was number three and when I tried to call the restaurant, they were not taking calls. I have applied for a refund through Menulog.
