The delivery took over an hour to come from when it was ordered. There were no updates about when the courier was coming, until I reached out to support and demanded an answer. When the food arrived we were missing several items, including 2 lots of chips and drinks. Very poor service from both Menulog and KFC, disappointing given the high delivery fee you pay.
