The delivery took nearly 2 hours from when I placed the order. Your messages were stating that the driver was at the restaurant for an hour, thats a bit far fetched blaming the restaurant. As a customer ai pay a significant rate for food. I feel the delivery should be a lot more efficient and stop talking bs in your delivery messages.

The order was not left at our door. We have two doors, both marked with our street number and both with a bell. No bell was rung and the wrong house was chosen for delivery. A very poor experience indeed. The map showing the driver’s location was wrong, I went outside the moment it showed him as having arrived out front and there was no one there. Not sure we’ll try again
