They cooked the pizza on the wrong day when I had to go and collect it all the staff ignored me standing there waiting to get service so rude no apology or offer to make a fresh pizza as mine was collected way after it was cooked. They should have rang me straight away but didn’t check the docket properly

I'm Sorry Yolanda we didn't see the date on the order as we hardly ever get orders online day before. As soon as we released that the order was not picked up, one of the staff members called you straight away. When you came to pick up the pizza you were all fine saying things like this happen... and I'm sorry I did say to you take this pizza enjoy and I will make you another one tomorrow free of cost. That's the best I could do. But anyway thanks for your review.

Bought a meal deal, yet the garlic bread was missing, so inconplete order

it was allmost 4 hours late i was very unhappy .. i cant blame the delivery driver but it was very late and if they arrived even 2 minutes later i was about to finalize the process of cancelling the order completly they were lucky

Sorry but this delivery was absolutely terrible. Food was cold and wedges and sauce were everywhere.
