My bag was opened and food was missing, I didn’t pay to use menulog for my order to be tampered with and food stolen , I will be making a formal complaint as this isn’t acceptable.

I paid extra for a chicken upgrade to spicy and got the smallest piece of normal chicken. The pie and the chips were over cooked and I’d asked for plain gravy and got given potato and gravy.

The food was ordered at 4:10pm and the delivery was originally scheduled for 4:45. The time then kept increasing. When it was finally on its way, the delivery said 5:15 which then changed when the driver went past upper Coomera (where we live and the store is) to drive out to Pimpama. The food arrived at 5:40 and was cold and inedible and we had to throw it out.
