Tuesday 09 July 2024In all honesty I will never use Menulog again or ever order from Shawcross Pizza. I ordered at lunch time for a children's dinner party so ensure the restaurant had enough notice to make the pizzas to ensure the food would be delivered on time. We had 10 children under the age of 6 and plus there parents wanting to take them home after dinner. Shawcross did not attempt to contact me once, Shawcross did not pick up their phone whilst I tried to call them multiple times over the 90 minutes. A third of the order was delivered after 60minutes and no sign of the rest coming. I then asked a friend to give me a lift to the restaurant. Firstly there way no sign of the pizzas, no apologises about why it is more then 90minutes after delivery time, no sign of the delivery driver attempting to pick up the pizzas. Shawcross was extremely rude. The manger is absolutely horrible with no empathy or ability to take responsibility for this stuff up. Instead he kept on saying you need to request a refund from Menulog. So I have just spent the last 15minutes on Menulogs website trying to lodge a complaint and of course there is no where? I am utterly disappointed. I am awaiting Menulog to reach out and email me a solution. If this is what you call a delivery service then in all honesty you should not an active business. Stone cold pizza and the customer having to go pick it up after an hour and a half then being shouted at Shawcross manager for 30minutes with not even an apology.

Sunday 24 December 2023The garlic bread was great, however the Fat Tony’s pizza was pretty ordinary. I am a regular customer at Shawcross and was very disappointed by the quality. It tasted like the pizza had been reheated a few times, and was burnt on the base. Would not recommend again.
