Wednesday 27 November 2024A sandwich was missing. The amount should have been refunded at the store rather than me having to request the refund. Also, an email was sent initially with the expected delivery time. I've found these always tends to be too optimistic.

Wednesday 16 October 2024Nine out of Twelve items were delivered. 2 were out of stock so I got a refund before it was delivered. Then 1 item - chocolate cake was missing from delivery. Also, I got a ham and cheese sandwich rather than ham, cheese and tomato. Otherwise okay.
