Where is our food?. No knock on the door, just a message saying food had been delivered. Went outside and no food anywhere. Menulog delivery service is abysmal.

spent an absolute fortune for 2 dishes that were not fresh, ordered at 1130 and was delivered at 1pm. lunch break was over and could tell the food had been sitting there for ages was not hot. will never use menu log again! would appreciate a refund. tried to cancel my order before a driver had been assigned after an hour and was told no as order was already being made.
