Preorder 2 hrs in advanced and the order arrived 20min late, cold and the delivery driver placed the pizza on the ground outside the house without knocking or ringing the doorbell. The restaurant has good quality food but due to the driver made it not enjoyable. Caught on cctv.

The food was cold. Very disappointed as quite an expensive pizza for almost $60? Not sure if I'd use nebulous again

My order took a total of 2+ hours once ordered, it ten arrived and was not hot so I had to put it in the microwave! It’s really disappointing when a delivery estimate says 30-45 minutes and then 2 hours have passed and you’re still waiting. Compensation for this order would be muchly appreciated
