food was stone cold. took an hour to cook and deliver

please have option to remove items like u do for loaded fries. asked for no jalapeños on 1 burger. both came w jalapeños :( so had to dig at both when they're to eat later. otherwise always very good.

Asked for extra options on both burgers but didn’t receive them. The chips were extremely cold. Although the burgers didn’t have what we wanted on them, they were still hot and good quality.
