I've not used this service before and only did so because I was desperate for milk and my car is off the road. The driver went in the wrong direction and sat in the one spot for a good 15mins or more before making their way back in my direction. According to the map I was watching. I must say I was surprised that it took nearly an hour to get from Golden Point to Buninyong. Obviously the food was cold by this time. Anyhoo, I was desperate enough to pay $20 for a ltr of milk so more fool me I guess? Sigh
