Thursday 13 June 2024I ordered food that was not delivered and the restaurant was not at all interested. As they said - not their problem, contact menu log. Not a great attitude for a small business and I am $40 down.

Hi, We did make the food and gave it to the Menulog driver. When you called to say your food was not delivered we offered to remake it if you were able to pick it up even though this was not our fault and you would have received a refund for your order however you would not listen and started yelling over the phone blaming us for your missing food. Yes, we are a small business as you mentioned and offered a replacement even though we did not have to. Please take this up with Menulog before giving us a 1 Star rating
