Tuesday 10 September 2024Food delicious but delivery PLUS Service fee on small order is becoming prohibitive sadly. NOT the shop's fault but would prefer more accurate delivery time early on. I appreciate updates but constant delivery time changes AFTER the 'driver has arrived' is time wasting as I had to sit by the door for nearly an hour to make sure delivery was within reach of my wheelchair. The items are very high quality so I am grateful for that.

Wednesday 03 July 2024Was left on the front public verge sitting on wet grass in paper bags. It did not even get on to our proberty, let alone to the front door!!! Very poor service!!! Only way I new it had been delivered was looking at the app 15mins after deliver!!

Sunday 16 June 2024Food was delicious though frankfurts lacked the usual amount of sauce. Food is always fresh.
Delivery time slower than usual but may have been extra busy. Delivery man was delightful.

Wednesday 01 May 2024the delivery driver had shown up with the wrong order which was from MacDonald's which I had ordered food from Bakery Delights,when I had told the delivery driver that he had the wrong food order He was hesitant to drive back too collect the right food order from Bakery Delights,by telling me that he has other orders to pick up and wouldn't be able to drive to Bakery Delights for my order I said to him that he should do the right thing ,he said that he will collect my order and drop it off
