The driver that was assigned just opened my door without permission! I have a dog inside and happen to be on the other side of the house. My delivery was timed at 8:50pm which he was a little early but due to lost signal I didn't realise he was here. Not impressed at all and feeling very unsafe after he just casually opened my front door.
