The food had a wonderful flavour, but they changed the delivery time after the first half hour. The food was a bit tepid when it it arrived.
Austrian Beer Bar and Restaurant replied
Thank you for your feed back. This is actually a Menulog fault. When we receive the order we made the hunter Schnitzel fresh and we get a timeframe for the delivery driver to get it picked up. When the order is ready Menulog changes the delivery pickup time and driver was half hour late. Unfortunately, it is out of our hands. This happens a lot with Menulog and this affects our ratings. Would you be able to change the 3-star rating as this is not the restaurants' fault. Much appreciated if possible.
