The food was good. Pretty sure MenuLog dropped the ball on delivery and were not particularly helpful. I’ll just order direct with the restaurant next time.

Order was delivered late and stale by 1.5hours. No customer service to talk to and was offered a $5voucher for a $40 order by the chatbot. We had to find dinner elsewhere as we couldn't wait due to other plans. Absolutely bad customer support

restaurant had the food ready. no drivers were available. restaurant staff waiting an hour after they closed until we could pick it up ourselves. the food was never delivered, i had to go collect it. refund me delivery fee please.
