I asked for delivery driver to knock on window. This didn’t happen, the driver just left the food and drove off. Luckily I was looking at the app to see what time and saw that it was already delivered.

I would like a full refund please. The delivery was made to a neighbours doorstep and our food sat there for half an hour until I eventually discovered it. I tried to call the Leopold store several times to find out where the order was with no answer. Thanks
