Delivery driver picked up the order and struggled to navigate themselves to the address provided. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option to call the driver and they didn't contact us. The food arrived very cold.

Originally, delivery time frame was 20-30 mina. When we paid it changed to 50mins. I probs wouldn't of ordered if I knew it was going to be that long before paying. Then the "driver was at the store" for 20 mins. Chips were a little under, tasty burgers. Next time I would probably not get delivery as the food is cold.

S tier burgers, better than Flipp for sure. Wish you guys did milkshakes, and I reccomend posting some pictures on the Menulog menu to show the goods Buns nicely toasted, patties cooked well but NOT overcooked, juicy, warm after a 25 minute menulog drive to Windsor, cheese nicely melted, spot on amount of sauce and decent pickles - give us an option for extra, or just a cup of them!
