I never received my order, which happened 2 times in 2 hours. And the person I was talking to in regards to a refund left the chat when I asked for help getting in contact with someone else about resolving my issue. Extremity unsatisfied. If I could give no stars I would.

Ordered at 10:30, delivered at 2pm. Food was inedible as it was hot pies. Food was stone cold and drink was room temperature warm. Could not eat or enjoy, was thrown out.

Didn’t have Bacon and Cheese sausage rolls and substituted with spinach… surely you had a normal sausage roll? Didn’t have vanilla slice substituted with an odd looking caramel slice
