the driver stopped at multiple locations after picking up my order. I ordered a drink before I ordered my food and set it to arrive before my food. My food was cold before the drink finally arrived.

With all due respect, this delivery time was horrible. If I knew it would be late by almost an hour, I wouldn't have wasted my money on this delivery service, and would have walked up and gotten it fresh, with extras, for cheaper. My drink was warm, and it's not like the delivery driver was on a bike, either, otherwise I'd understand. But the driver sat at the restaurant for more than twenty minutes. This is the second time in a row the items have been delivered over half an hour late.
