Tuesday 28 May 2024Tried unsuccessfully to get in contact with someone who could help me from Menulog. Not possible on the website. Had to download the app which was still unworkable. Spent the entire time trying to rectify what should have been a simple fix. Terrible UI, useless customer service, altogether Menulog is a shocking company. Luckily the delivery driver was great and went above and beyond despite Menulog being so bad. Food from Burgertory was great, no problem there. Was dipping my toe into trying menulog again and can confirm this will be my last time as things have gone from bad to worse.
