My food was not delivered to me. This delivery was sent to a wrong address. Very disappointed

Very bad experience with the restaurant. I ordered food and it took 3 hours to update that was my order was on the way. I messaged the delivery driver and he asked if I could cancel the order because the restaurant gave the order to someone else to deliver. How can you give someone my order to deliver if they don’t have my details of where I live. I hope the boss or manager sees this and can give me a call. More happened and I feel like your workers are giving free food out to people they know.
