pre order food for it to be horrendously late, no matter how good the food is it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth

We waited for over 1 hour 40 minutes, our food was stone cold on arrival and the serving size and presentation of the ribs (which were expensive) were underwhelming!

I PRE-ORDERED the food to be delivered at 5.30 but it didn't arrive till nearly 6pm!! There is no point in selecting a delivery time if the restaurant can't fulfil the request. The driver left the food on a driveway at the bottom of my property where there were no lights on. It was obvious that he should have walked up to the top of the driveway to the front door where there were outside lights left on. What an idiot!! By luck I checked my emails to see that the food had been delivered at 5.56, otherwise it would have sat there for who knows how long!!! Subsequently the food was cold. The tacos were tasty, but the quesadillas were the strangest ones I've ever had. They were more like a taco and had huge pieces of capsicum falling out as you ate them. Overall, a bad experience and one I won't be repeating.
