delivered nearly an hour late and then didn't even ring the door bell. How hard is it to ring a door bell?

As a third-party restaurant, we unfortunately don't have control over the delivery process or the drivers, as they are not assigned directly by us. Ordered food @8pm due at 820. Didn’t arrive till 915.. we then asked for no onion and relish as we had somebody allergic to onion. Yet both onion and relish on burger.. :( Not impressed
