pickup time got extended to 1:10 which is fine. I ask at 1:10 if my order was ready and lady says another 10mins. on top of this before I asked about my order, another customer orders a couple rolls (same as me, he could only order that as he was in a rush) he then gets his order before me, so I wait 35 mins and he only wants 10mins. won't be coming back.

I ordered beef combination 24,50$ but then I received pork “Pho”. Not sure how this business can survive

Hi Chi, If what you're saying is true, I will formally investigate this matter, as we never have such a thing called Pork Pho on our menu. I would assume that you had evidence to back your feedback up; could you please forward your evidence to me via email so I could investigate this further?
